What is Bingtangor Plywood ?
Bintangor Plywood is a type of plywood made from Southeast Asian tropical hardwood Bintangor (scientific name: Calophyllum spp.), which has natural moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. It is widely used in furniture manufacturing and building decoration fields.With its natural moisture resistance and good stability, it is an ideal material for furniture manufacturing and decoration in humid environments, especially suitable for projects that pursue cost-effectiveness and durability. Pay attention to the type and thickness of the adhesive when purchasing to ensure it meets the usage requirements.
Feature
1. Wood source: Bintan Gol wood is mainly produced in Southeast Asia such as Malaysia and Indonesia. The wood has a moderate density (air dry density of about 0.55-0.75g/cm ³), straight and uniform texture, and is easy to process.
2. Natural weather resistance: Containing natural resin, it has certain moisture-proof, insect proof, and corrosion-resistant properties, suitable for humid environments.
3 Bonding process
Usually, WBP glue (phenolic resin glue) or MR glue (moisture-proof urea formaldehyde glue) is used to further enhance waterproofing.
4 Environmental friendliness
Compliant with international environmental standards (such as E1 level formaldehyde emissions), some products have passed FSC forest certification.

Usage
1. Furniture manufacturing
